Where is my survey data stored?
Survey data is stored on Supabase in the EU (eu-west-1, Ireland). SurveyBaker is operated by Rivenholt AS, a Norwegian company. Our infrastructure providers are not EU companies, so storing data in Ireland does not remove them from their own jurisdictions — our privacy policy lists who processes your data. A data processing agreement that meets GDPR Article 28 is part of the service agreement and is delivered with your contract documents.
